JINAN LVBAO PLASTIC&RUBBER CO., LTD, which is jointly founded under technical cooperation with Hongkong in 2000 and is an important component part of Shandong Jiulong Group, is a key enterprise engaged in research, manufacture and marketing of aluminum composite panels and tubes, PP-R tubes and pipe fittings which are approved by the state. The company covers an area of 30,000 sq.m. with fixed assets of 70 million Yuan. There are 65 technicians of various fields in the company, including 16 engineers and senior engineers.
The company is located in Lashan Industrial Park in central district of Jinan City. With west second round-city road to the east, Jingshi xilu to the north, State highway 104 to the south, Jingfu and Jinghu expressway to the west, the convenient traffic make it easy to transport products all around the country faster. Also we can produce products of customized size according to customer’s requirements to reduce cost and save time.
The production lines are imported from Taiwan and Germany. With using fluorocarbon-resin coating from American PPG and internationally advanced membrane chromizing technology, after triple coating and baking finish, the numerical controlled production lines can reach a production capability of 2.1 million sq.m. a year.
